Online Creative Course - Who am I?
Beginning January 2026!
Over 6 weeks experience guided visualisations, creative interventions and empowerment, in the comfort of a group process.
The first hour of the course is a group check in, a creative and therapeutic exercise and some reflections and the second hour is body doubling on our personal art project, with an optional 15 minute private consultation with Holly E Smith.
Monday evenings, 2 hours a week for 6 weeks.

This course is focused on the here and now, using psychotherapeutic tactics to help you understand your feelings, navigate your relationships and centre your thoughts.
