Trauma-Focused therapy utilises different approaches to counselling. Typically sessions are longer and the work can be quite intense. However, sessions length is determined in consultation with you and varies depending on where you are in your journey.
- Individual counselling £50 per hour. (£270 for 6 pre-paid sessions.)
- Trauma Therapy (1.5 hours) £75 (£400 for 6 pre-paid sessions.)
- Couples counselling £75 per hour. (£400 for 6 pre-paid sessions.)
- Supervision £50 per hour.
Individual and couples counselling sessions are available in a block booking of 6 1 hourly slots over 8 weeks, available at a discounted rate, or weekly to be paid on the day of the appointment.
